Hapi Systems provide IT support and services for home and small businesses, including installation, setup, repairs and upgrades, home and small office networking and wireless, one-to-one tuition, home cinema, online gaming setup and more!
We have many years' experience working in the IT industry, gained through working with clients of all types and sizes, and we are focussed on making this expertise available to home and small business users at fair and transparent prices.
Support Options & Prices
We have 2 support options. If you are in the West Yorkshire area, our price for a visit to your premises is just £40, which gives you 1 hour. Additional time is £20 per 30 minutes, and we will always try to give you an accurate estimate of how long a job is likely to take in advance, so there should be no nasty surprises when the job is done. For larger jobs we can also provide fixed price quotations.*Please ask about our discounts for Senior Citizens*.
Alernatively, for customers everywhere, we provide an Online Support service, which can often fix problems without the need for a visit, and is also cheaper! Online Support is available at £10 for 20 minutes, £20 for 40 minutes, and £30 for 60 minutes.
The only extra costs will be for any parts or accessories needed, and you can choose to either let us source them for you, or purchase them yourself.
Best of all, we can call on evenings and weekends - so you don't have take time off from work - at no extra charge.
